Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Conduct financial analysis and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and real estate industry accounting standards.
• Handle tax filings, reconciliations, and ensure adherence to local accounting principles.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an Accountant, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience specifically within the UAE real estate industry is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to join immediately is a mandatory requirement for this position.
