    TÜV SÜD is seeking an Admin Coordinator for its Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will ensure the branch office is well-maintained and operational, supporting the Branch Manager and coordinating various administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the branch office is well-maintained and operational.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure stock availability.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
    • Support employee engagement activities.
    • Manage administrative aspects of branch operations.
    • Facilitate employee-related arrangements such as travel and accommodation.

    Requirements

    • Any bachelor’s degree.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Branch administration or similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
