Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AML policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report findings.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on AML compliance.
• Maintain and update AML records and databases.
• Stay informed of changes in AML regulations and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an AML or compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, legislation, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance software.
