Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate approvals from local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DCD, and others.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure timely submission and follow-up on approvals.
Liaise with clients and external consultants/designers to align project documentation and requirements.
Review drawings, documents, and compliance reports before submission to authorities.
Maintain updated knowledge of local authority guidelines, regulations, and processes.
Track and document approval statuses, ensuring project timelines are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License (DL) – mandatory.
SOE Card – mandatory.
Minimum 4–5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of Dubai experience in approvals or authority coordination.
Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
Proven experience handling authority submissions and approvals in Dubai.
Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
