Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all operational activities within the assigned area in Abu Dhabi.
Lead, motivate, and develop regional teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards effectively.
Monitor area performance, analyze data, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and present them to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the UAE.
Strong understanding of operational management, business development, and market dynamics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel within the assigned area.
