    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead Specialty Tech Sales Managers (STSMs) in the area.
    • Develop unique ways to grow business with distributors/agents and customers.
    • Apply commercial policy following management guidelines on prices and volumes.
    • Forecast accurately sales of all Adisseo product lines in the Area.
    • Manage Adisseo Key Accounts in the area including relationship and strategy.
    • Write business plans for current and opportunity tender business in the Area.

    Requirements

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, ideally in the feed industry.
    • Autonomous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficient in time management and persuasive.
    • Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
