Adisseo is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop turnover and market shares in the Levant and Pakistan region. The ASM is responsible for achieving Performance Products objectives and co-responsible for reaching Specialty Products sales targets. The role involves maintaining long-term relationships with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Specialty Tech Sales Managers (STSMs) in the area.
• Act as the key interface between the customer, distributor/agent, and all relevant divisions of Adisseo.
• Develop unique ways to grow the business with distributors/agents and customers.
• Apply the commercial policy following management guidelines on prices, volumes, and credit management.
• Forecast accurately and monthly sales of all Adisseo product lines in the Area and align the STSMs accordingly.
• Manage Adisseo Key Accounts in the area, including relationship, strategy, development, and budgeting.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, ideally in the feed industry.
• Autonomous with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Strong time management and persuasive skills.
• Degree in business, marketing, or related field, or Veterinary/Agri/Agro engineering.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French is an added advantage.
