Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch performance targets.

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the branch's customer base.

Requirements

• UAE national, in line with Emiratisation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations and practices.
