Key Responsibilities

Assist the Butlers Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service standards are met.
Recognize repeat and important guests, building rapport and anticipating their needs.
Handle guest complaints effectively, delegating responsibilities and liaising with other departments.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Butler Team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain standards and consistency.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience working with luxury brands or in hospitality.
Professional qualification such as a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent spoken and written business English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Strong project and event management capabilities.
Dynamic, confident, and highly enthusiastic with excellent time management skills.
