Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a commercial role, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
