Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate HR operational support to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee the HR reception area, ensuring queries are managed effectively.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to maintain up-to-date SAP data.
• Drive employee engagement through planning and executing events.
• Support internal communications through employee platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with discretion and confidentiality.
