Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all parking facilities, including valet and self-parking.
• Manage parking staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure efficient traffic flow, space utilization, and adherence to security protocols.
• Implement and maintain high standards of guest service, anticipating and addressing guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve parking-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on parking revenue, operational costs, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in parking operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in parking management systems and technology.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
