Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the financial performance of the assigned team.
• Ensure training requirements of team members are addressed.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to After Sales Management.
• Assist in overall planning and forecasting for the service workshop.
• Manage communication between the workshop floor and Service Reception.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently in line with Audi Dealer standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in a European Brand Service Centre environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of specific brand experience (preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven Supervisor/Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid UAE driving license.
