Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Provide information on banking products, services, and procedures.
• Support customers with account openings, closures, and updates.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow security procedures for safeguarding cash and confidential information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or banking is preferred.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily transaction targets.
