Centrepoint Metro Station (محطة مترو سنتربوينت) is a Dubai Metro Station opened on 9 September 2009, which is the final stop on the Red Line towards the north. It's serving as a key gateway to areas like Mirdif, Ajman, and Sharjah. It has easy access to malls, bus services, and key residential areas. It’s a favorite starting point for both locals and tourists.
This station was previously known as Rashidiya Station (محطة الراشدية). It was started on 9 September 2009 and officially renamed to Centrepoint on August 4, 2021. This station is on the Red Line and Zone 5. The Station Number is R11 and It's located in the Al Rashidiya area near Dubai International Airport. This will become an interchange station in the future with the upcoming Blue Line in the Dubai Metro, which was approved in November 2023. The Blue Line will be 30 kilometers, which will connect Centrepoint to International City via Mirdif and Al Warqa'a. The project is expected to be operational by 2029.
