Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of key enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted advisor to CXOs and decision-makers.
Define and drive account strategy, ensuring alignment with customer transformation goals and digital innovation agenda.
Steer complex sales pursuits for large-scale digital, cloud, and AI initiatives.
Champion Microsoft technology stacks and work closely with Microsoft sellers and partner programs.
Guide junior account managers, sharing best practices and elevating account planning.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between presales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.

Requirements

8–12 years in sales or account management within IT consulting or Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Proven track record of selling Microsoft technologies, especially in Azure Cloud and AI/ML.
Demonstrated ability to engage enterprise clients with value-based consultative techniques.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding modern cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI adoption journeys.
Must be based in the UAE and have deep familiarity with the local business environment.
