Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for direct customer email inquiries, providing product information and handling follow-ups.
Communicate with the factory and customer for direct/project orders, providing updates on technical submittals, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., ISS, operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and product delivery.
Manage project documentation and track milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.

Requirements

Project support experience from project bid evaluation and specifications.
Technical Proficiency in analyzers, instrumentation, and laboratory business.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
