Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Monitor food quality while preparing food and ensure correct temperatures.
• Set-up and break down work stations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
