Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies & procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate money-laundering and terrorist-financing risks.
• Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC), Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (UBO) verification, due diligence (standard and enhanced), client screening, risk assessments, and transaction monitoring.
• Investigate and report non-compliance issues, prepare suspicious activity reports (SARs), and document investigations thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure adherence to record-keeping and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide regular reports to management on compliance performance, risks, red flags, and areas of concern.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in any relevant field).
• Mandatory certification: ACAMS.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in compliance / AML / KYC / corporate services.
• Solid knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations, and Economic Substance (ES) compliance requirements.
• High integrity, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
