Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with VMS and international requirements.
• Work closely with Fleet Management and Marine HR to ensure service delivery as per contracts.
• Act as the escalation point for all crew-related matters.
• Maintain an effective crew rotation plan for assigned vessels.
• Manage Vessel budgets, including annual renewals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Requirements

• Maritime or shipping industry experience.
• Knowledge of crew operations, planning, and workforce management.
• Proven customer service mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
