Key Responsibilities

• Ensure vessels are staffed with certified, qualified, and medically fit personnel.
• Manage travel bookings for offshore personnel in a timely manner.
• Coordinate all recruitment and selection processes for offshore crew.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning personal or corporate information.
• Act as a member of the onshore emergency response team.
• Keep the offshore planning up-to-date and manage offshore leave requests.

Requirements

• Experience within a similar role and industry is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of flag state and international requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in contract management with crewing agents and catering companies.
