Job Overview

Zurich Middle East, part of Zurich Insurance Group, seeks a Customer Service & Administrator to process customer requests and maintain excellent customer relationships. The role reports to the Team Manager – New Business Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and achieve targets to maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Meet customer requirements, build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Process a range of tasks and services, demonstrating knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
• Take personal responsibility for resolving basic queries from customers and agents.
• Help identify and take forward continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent), and prior experience in a related field.
• Understanding of Insurance, corporate savings and pensions / end of service benefits strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working within an international and diverse cultural organization would be beneficial.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
