Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage the SVP’s agenda, prioritize complex and time-sensitive matters.
Conduct daily briefings, review documents for approval, and track ongoing activities.
Arrange meetings, appointments, travel, and visits, ensuring optimal use of the SVP’s time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the SVP’s office—handling calls, visitors, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations; record meeting minutes.
Support special projects through research, data gathering, and coordination across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
At least 5 years supporting senior leaders, VVIP offices, or high-level executives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a large, diverse organization.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate what needs to be done.
Tech-savvy with good computer skills and an eye for detail.
