Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee staff training, performance, and development within the F&B department.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize revenue for the assigned restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and implement innovative menu offerings and promotional activities.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within a high-volume F&B establishment, preferably luxury hotels/resorts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
