Key Responsibilities

• Establish, review, and enhance financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including KPIs.
• Perform general ledger scrutiny and prepare technical accounting papers.
• Lead monthly and periodic book closures in coordination with accounting teams.
• Review chart of accounts and accounting processes for simplification and efficiency.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce.
• Mandatory professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or ACCA).
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and audit.
• Exposure to working with Big-4 audit firms is highly preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
