Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and ensure accurate reporting under IFRS.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis by Agency and region.
Monitor cash flow and working capital (receivables, payables, inventory).
Raise Supplier Debit Notes (DNs) on time and track supplier receivables/claims.
Coordinate with suppliers, RDCs, and auditors for timely closure of Audits, claims, and reconciliations.
Support management with profitability, cost, and margin analysis.

Requirements

CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in pharma or FMCG distribution.
Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, and supplier claim management.
Proficiency in Tally/SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel; Power BI and PowerPoint knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication in English (Oral and Written), analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
High integrity and accountability.
