Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information required to develop, analyze, and/or modify financial plans.
• Drive standardization and automation in reporting tools.
• Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results.
• Develop tools for early identification of financial problems and make recommendations for resolution.
• Participate in the evaluation and review of major capital investments.
• Prepare analyses and provide support for the quarterly earnings releases and calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field, and strong Financial Analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as needed.
