Key Responsibilities

Prepare annual sales budgets in coordination with the Retail Team and CEO Group.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across all entities.
Manage internal and external audits across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure full tax compliance across GCC and European regions (VAT, customs, excise, corporate tax).
Monitor group cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
Implement ERP enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT/GCC taxation, and international financial regulations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
