Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure guests are personally greeted and escorted to their room.
• Conduct in room & hotel familiarization and assist with guest enquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel information, local services, and promotions.
• Process accounts and comply with cashiering standards and procedures.
• Maintain guest privacy and demonstrate complete understanding of hotel policies.

Requirements

• Ideally, a degree in hospitality with Front Office experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate with previous experience with Opera.
• Customer-driven with a proactive and outgoing personality.
