    Job Overview

    Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Full-Cycle Sales Executive to join our team and drive our growth in the UAE market. This is a fully remote role, but the candidate must be based in Dubai to collaborate with their team, peers, and customers. As a Full-Cycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve and exceed your sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries and accounts in the UAE market.
    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
    • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.

    Requirements

    • Proven Full-Cycle Sales Experience in a B2B SaaS sales role.
    • Track Record of Achievement meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
    • Mastery of the entire sales process, including strong prospecting and cold calling.
    • A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
