Key Responsibilities

• Collect and count cashiers' envelopes daily with a witness.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and the General Cashier's daily report.
• Provide cashiers with change as required and reimburse disbursements.
• Account for disbursements from the General Cashier’s float.
• Count the General Cashier’s float daily and monthly.
• Safeguard hotel funds with proper controls.

Requirements

• Familiarity with document management systems.
• Understanding of document flow and approval processes.
• Knowledge of inward and outward goods control.
• Ability to follow up on discrepancies in quality/quantity of goods.
• Flexibility in working hours, especially at month-end.
• Handle requests and inquiries efficiently.
