Key Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper codes.
• Organize and maintain financial files, records, and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs.
• Maintain and distribute petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to speak using clear and professional language.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing written documents.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
