Key Responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms.
• Provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, and restaurants.
• Assist the front office and other areas that need support.
• Ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional communications.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
