Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage.
• Ensure transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and move through confined spaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
