Key Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them.
• Take payments from guests on departure and close their bills correctly.
• Assist guests throughout their stay with any requirements efficiently.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests at the maximum rate possible.
• Ensure the Guest Services Desk is manned and operationally prepared.
• Update guest information in the Front Office PMS System promptly.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Communication skills in written, reading, and spoken English.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Microsoft package software skills.
• Hotel Software skills.
