Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of butlers to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Oversee personalized guest services, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements with precision and discretion.
• Maintain immaculate presentation and conduct of the butler team and service areas.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School / Secondary education; a diploma in hospitality management is a plus.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly regarded.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a demanding environment.
