Key Responsibilities

• Managing the unit’s resources (human, financial, technical, assets) efficiently and effectively.
• Applying administrative regulations and evaluating the unit’s operations.
• Reviewing the unit’s performance reports and monitoring the implementation of project plans.
• Executing and monitoring administrative activities within the unit according to approved authorities.
• Conducting annual evaluations of employees and providing necessary support.
• Preparing and monitoring systems and tools for operations and development plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in reviewing journalistic materials and supervising their editing and delivery.
• Ensuring the quality of editorial content, accuracy of information, and clarity of writing.
• Reviewing, editing, and proofreading texts for publication across different platforms.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
