Job Overview

Vision Air Technical Services, an authorized service provider of DAIKIN UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Air Conditioning Technician in Dubai. You’ll handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for residential and commercial HVAC systems. The role blends hands-on technical work with customer service, safety compliance, and collaboration across design, installation, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (split, ducted, VRF/VRV where applicable).
• Diagnose performance issues; perform testing, charging, leak checks, and calibrations.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and document service reports.
• Work with plumbing and electrical components; read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and EPA/environmental guidelines.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers; provide polite, professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams; maintain tools, parts inventory, and cleanliness of work areas.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Proficiency in plumbing; knowledge of electricity and related components.
• Familiarity with EPA regulations and safe handling practices.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail; excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to work independently and within a team; relevant technical certifications/licenses are a plus.
