Key Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies, procedures, and company handbooks.
Manage employee relations concerns with professionalism, discretion, and adherence to best-practice guidelines.
Oversee employee benefits administration and maintain accurate personnel records.
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference checks, and onboarding workflows.
Coordinate calendars, meeting schedules, staff reminders, and internal appointments.
Liaise with the PRO for visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and other government services.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR administration, with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment workflows (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Experience developing or implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a dynamic, creative environment.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance protocols is highly beneficial.
