Key Responsibilities

Partner with construction leadership to define staffing requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for construction related positions ensuring timely and quality hires.
Identify training needs specific to the construction team and work with the Learning & Development team.
Collaborate with construction managers to develop and implement performance management systems.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to the unique needs of construction teams.
Oversee workforce planning to ensure that construction projects are adequately staffed and that project deadlines are met.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong strategic partnership and business acumen to align HR with organizational goals.
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to resolve complex HR issues, drive organizational change, and support leadership development.
