Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate HR activities across construction sites and labor camps.
Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing, and renewals in coordination with the PRO department.
Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records.
Handle payroll preparation, including overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
Coordinate with camp bosses for smooth camp operations, discipline, and welfare of workers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR within a building construction or MEP company.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll systems, and HR policies.
Experience in handling site-based and camp-related HR activities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
