Requirements

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Experience in developing and maintaining effective HR policies.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and cultural nuances of the UAE and Oman.
