Key Responsibilities

• Caseworking Immigration cases across different client accounts.
• Using our case management system to record cases and track progress.
• Providing seniors with updates on cases.
• Attending briefing and follow-up calls with clients.
• Flagging potential issues to seniors and managers.
• Coordinating with other Vialto offices where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Preferably a minimum of one year in an Immigration or Global Mobility environment.
• Experience working on the end-to-end visa application process.
• Ability to work as a team and handle high case volumes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
