Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming RFQs for RoRo, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo with timely and accurate pricing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service sheets, and pricing structures aligned with GT margins.
• Act as the primary contact for customers on quotations, booking queries, and documentation.
• Update all RFQs, leads, quotations, and customer interactions in the CRM with accuracy.
• Track conversion ratios and provide weekly performance and activity reports.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Experience in Breakbulk, RoRo, or MPP operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and structured reporting.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi/Urdu/other languages is desired.
