An exciting opportunity has arisen for Finance Interns to join Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai. The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role IncludeManage daily cost control tasks, including beverage spoilage posting, inventory depletion, transfers, and discount recording.Monitor banquet and event beverage consumption, ensuring accurate postings and reporting.Conduct regular spot checks, audits, and stock takes for outlets, special events, and themed nights.Prepare monthly reports, including menu engineering, inventory variance, and cost of sales reconciliation.Support accurate financial tracking through discount analysis, journal vouchers, and compliance with finance directives.Contribute to cost efficiency by maintaining strong attention to detail and assisting with additional duties as required.
