Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Marketing Director in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns.
Contribute to pre-opening marketing initiatives for new hotels.
Participate in digital content creation, audit, and optimization across multiple channels.
Track, analyse, and report marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing projects.
Assist with administrative tasks, maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital content creation tools, with basic design knowledge.
Familiar with marketing campaign development and execution, and able to analyse data for actionable insights.
