Job Overview

MH Group of Companies is seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across our construction and MEP operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple sites, lead workforce teams, and ensure the timely completion of all project activities in accordance with UAE construction and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle management of construction and MEP projects from planning to handover.
Lead and supervise site teams, engineers, supervisors, and a workforce of 50–100 staff.
Coordinate and manage all civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, workflows, manpower plans, and progress reports.
Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, HSE regulations, and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in construction and MEP project management.
Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leading teams of 50 –100 workers in a contracting environment.
Excellent knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and site practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and workforce management skills.
