Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with a strong interest or experience in motion graphics, video editing, and illustration. You will design high-quality static and animated content for social media, digital ad campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design posts, stories, ad creatives, and carousels for social media platforms.
Create short-form motion graphics (reels, GIFs, kinetic text).
Produce custom illustrations for brand storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, or CapCut for quick edits.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to create storyboards and translate ideas into animations.
Basic video editing skills for social media reels.
Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to accept and implement feedback constructively.

Preferred:

Experience in photography or assisting with product shoots.
