Junior IT & Systems Administrator

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Junior IT & Systems Administrator to take care of our office IT environment and help keep everything running smoothly. You will support office desktops, network and Wi-Fi, basic cloud/infra, and day-to-day tech issues for the team. Experience with trading platforms such as MT5 is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain office desktops/laptops (Windows, and/or macOS if applicable).
• Provide first-line support for employees (accounts, access, printing, email, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain office network (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, cabling, rack equipment).
• Help manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Google Workspace – depending on your stack).
• Apply basic security best practices (password policies, MFA, patching, device encryption).

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or junior sysadmin role.
• Good understanding of Windows desktop environments (install, configure, troubleshoot).
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs conceptually) and experience with switches/routers/Wi-Fi.
• Comfortable working with cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
