Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and related IT equipment.
Provide first and second-line technical support for all users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware inventory, and software licenses.
Troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Collaborate with IT colleagues to implement system updates, security patches, and antivirus processes.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of users by setting up accounts and managing user permissions.

Requirements

Proven experience in an IT Technician, IT Support, or Helpdesk role.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, MS Office Suite, and standard business applications.
Basic networking skills, including familiarity with TCP/IP and Wi-Fi configuration.
Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with IT security policies.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and willingness to learn.
